Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke furniture, items that are not damaged are ineligible for return. As such, undamaged items cannot be resold or repurposed, and returns on these products are not accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:
